The artist wanted to give a meaningful present to her friend Joy. Artist aims for conveying Joy's personality into the piece. Near the center of the piece, there is the bright strong red color of the Sun. Thinking of Joy, she reminds of the Sun as she brings the energy to people around her for 365 days.
